HANNAH SMITH & MELVIN FEENEY
Hannah and Melvin are our 3rd Grade Spelling Bee champions for the month of October!!
Hannah is 8 years old. She is the daughter of Bob and Holly Smith and the eldest of 4 children. Her favorite subject is science. Hannah is an extremely hard worker in class, and she is great about helping her fellow classmates.
Melvin is also 8 years old. He is the son of John and Sally Feeney, and he has one older and one younger sibling. His favorite subject is math. Melvin is very enthusiastic about school. He is always giving his best effort, and he is always willing to learn.

Music
The Fall concert is going to be held on November 12th at 7:00 PM. The 3rd graders will be the third class to perform. They will be singing "Train is a Comin'", "Down the Road", and "Mud More Mud".
Visual Arts
There will be a school Art Show on November, 17th. Supper begins at 6:30 PM and the Art Show is to follow. The 3rd graders have 3 projects that will enter the Art Show. Each student has finished a Halloween project, a "selfie" project, and a leaf project that has a poem written on it. We would love for everyone to come out and view our hard work!!! :)
PERFORMING ARTS
The 3rd grade class will be performing their Thanksgiving play on November, 25th at 10:00AM in the third grade classroom. All families are welcome to come and watch! There will be a potluck full of food following the play provided by Ms. Henningsgard.
